Reading people, and rooms are my super power. Knowing when to step in and arrange a shot and when to stay out the way and let the shot develop is not easy, but frankly, I’m good at it. Delegates experience on the day and their “take home” should be glowing - and whether they realise it or not the photographers attitude is integral. I want to leave people happier than before they saw me, having your photo taken should be pleasant - fun even!
I can deliver shots whilst on site to keep your internal/external comms current. Maybe you will you need some photos throughout the event to get them out on socials? Sure - no problem.

Your event might be happening soon or still in the early stages - but with all your effort and attention to detail its going to go “just right”. You might have a stage with confirmed speakers and 600 delegates, or perhaps a more exclusive gathering in a boutique venue to encourage greater participation and interaction. Then again it might be at your offices or in a field… The point is that no two events are the same, even when the its the same schedule two days in a row - the new participants/audience will switch up the atmosphere.So you need to be able to trust your photographer to work independently and diligently, to be in the right place at the right time to get the all important reaction shot to that big surprise/announcement, show the smiles and interdepartmental networking you’ve enabled.

To lengthen the events interaction time and encourage higher engagement levels on socials you might find a short video of the images useful, capitalising on the engagement and helping to bolster the continued positivity.
